Job Overview:

The Recruitment Consultant will drive talent acquisition for offshore and EPC projects across Southeast Asia and the Middle East. Working remotely from Malaysia, the consultant identifies, screens, and deploys qualified candidates for international assignments, ensuring high service standards and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, attract, and shortlist candidates for project-based roles (offshore, technical, engineering, skilled trades).
  • Manage full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, CV screening, interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates for urgent deployment needs.
  • Liaise with clients to understand workforce requirements, compliance, and deployment schedules.
  • Coordinate work permit, visa, and pre-mobilization documentation for cross-border placements.
  • Utilize online tools (LinkedIn, job portals, internal database) and networking strategies to identify talent.
  • Maintain accurate records in ATS and prepare regular progress reports.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent marketing campaigns.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment processes and candidate experience.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years recruitment experience, preferably in technical, oil & gas, or manpower outsourcing sectors.
  • Strong understanding of the Southeast Asia and Middle East labor markets.
  • Knowledge of work permit/visa documentation and international onboarding is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently in a remote environment.
  • Tech-savvy; comfortable using online recruitment tools and cloud collaboration platforms.
  • Fluent in English (spoken/written); additional languages are a plus.
  • Malaysian residency; home office setup with stable internet connection.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle the full set of accounts, including month-end closing, management reports, and cash flow statements.
  • Prepare invoices, contracts, and process vendor payments.
  • Monitor and manage the company’s cash flow and expenditures.
  • Liaise with company secretary, auditors, and tax agents for statutory filings and reporting.
  • Manage communication with English and Chinese-speaking clients and vendors for Accounts Payable and Receivable matters.
  • Assist with compliance tasks and other administrative duties as assigned by Management.
  • Support general ad-hoc admin and finance-related projects.

Qualifications:

  • ACCA qualification or a Degree in Accountancy or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing a full set of accounts.
  • Proficient in MYOB (preferred) and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Meticulous, independent, self-motivated, and able to multitask.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of integrity and able to maintain confidentiality.

Senior Recruitment Consultant

Job Description

As the Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and activities in the Middle East region, and delivering to our clients' manpower services requirements. Main responsibilities include:

  • Seek and initiate new business opportunities with potential clients in the Middle East region, including targeting, prospecting and following through to tendering and deal closing.
  • Achieve revenue targets and implement business development initiatives to grow the company's footprint and generate profits
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process in a professional manner to deliver to clients' manpower requirements for contract and permanent hires, bulk hires, local and expat hires, etc. from initial screening through to onboarding.
  • Effectively manage large scale contracts with clients
  • Other duties assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 8 years' experience in oil & gas recruitment
  • The ideal candidate should have experience working as 360 Recruitment Consultant for Oil & Gas manpower agencies, leading sales and filling roles.
  • At least 5 years engaging in business development activities and meeting sales target
  • High familiarity with Middle East oil & gas recruitment, market and trends
  • Excellent English communication; fluency in local language(s) is an advantage
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, sales-orientation, passion and perseverance
  • Eligibility to live and work in UAE
